At HomiaStore, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HomiaStore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
